The Triple P System: Prince, Princess, Pauper

Weight loss seems an elusive goal for millions of people all over the world. Even though it may seem hopeless there is still a way.Millions of people learn how to burn fat fast on a daily basis.

All you need is a little common sense to reach your goal.

The three step system takes weight loss from the approach of what time we eat. At breakfast eat like a prince, at lunch eat like a person, and at dinner eat like a pauper as energy is not required at the end of the day.

There’s an old saying: “breakfast is the most important meal of the day”. Well, it’s true.

Breakfast is the meal you eat after 6-10 hours of not eating from being asleep.

We need more food to get through the beginning of the day then we do shortly before bed.

Please remember not to wait too long after you wake up before you eat so that your energy doesn’t get too low before you refuel.

At breakfast you need the most food, so that’s why it’s called eating like a prince. This is a must for people on any fast fat burning weight loss plan.

Fixing a big and thorough breakfast can be a lot of fun for those of you who like to do things in a traditional way.

There are many things to choose from for your breakfast, including: eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit, fresh veggies, etc.

If you’re looking for a healthier breakfast that’s still filling and will last you the day, then you could try something like a banana with toast and apple butter, or maybe some turkey sausage with buckwheat pancakes and fresh squeezed orange juice.

Lunch is a far simpler meal; hence the term “princess” Maybe have a sandwich with some orange slices and a packet of cheese crackers.

Just because dinner should be light doesn’t mean it has to be boring. Just be sure to keep your meat portions small and keep it down to two or three side dishes with a light dessert.

Just follow the three step system, and you should be feeling healthier and more energetic in no time.

I hope this article has helped you to make an informed decision.

Lose Weight Fast By Eating The Perfect Food Combinations

Food and Efficiency: a Perfect Combination

It’s not uncommon to eat a small breakfast and then a large dinner. Pay attention because there are some quick weight loss keys here:

Most people just don’t have enough time in their day to eat a well-balanced meal There just isn’t enough time in the day for everything that needs to be done.

What many don’t realize though is that eating a large meal at breakfast time and then eating smaller meals for lunch and dinner will help increase efficiency and save time in the long run.

To put it simply: a person doesn’t need energy when they go to sleep, so it seems silly to overeat at dinner.

Another reason to avoid large meals at dinner time is because if you go to bed only a few hours after eating your body won’t work as hard to digest the food and therefore will store more of the food as fat. This is the fastest way how NOT to lose weight fast.

There are a few simple hints to keeping your breakfast short and sweet.

Well, for starters it is important to have a balanced meal.

To save time, why not try heating up a meal that you prepared the night before?

A good portion of your meat for the day could be eaten at breakfast time so your body will have all day to digest it.

If you work then you’ll want to pack something that is simple to prepare and eat instead of spending your money time and energy at a fast food place.

I’ve always found the sandwich to be a good lunch staple, and taking along a piece of fruit like an apple or a banana is a great way to balance out your meal.

Dinner should be enjoyable yet sensible. A light dinner can include a salad, a meat and vegetable kabob, and a small slice of pie or a cookie.

Everybody has different tastes, so just go with what works for you.

Hopefully this article will help to prepare you for the diet choices that lay ahead.

Burn Fat Fast By Turning Your Body Into A Weight Loss Machine

Think of Your Body as a Machine

Remember that electric/electronic gadget you bought which has been lying in your store room or garage, gathering dust? When you were finally cleaning the place out you ‘found; it and thought perhaps you should try it out.

Of course, it did not work – the motor had jammed with rust or the electric fittings had deteriorated, so it just would not come on. All machines have to be used to be usable – it is a different thing that may break down sometime or the other.

The human body – your body – is also a machine. It needs power in the form of food and drink to function.

It needs to be used.Active bodies burn fat fast. And that use is not just the involuntary work that carries on: breathing, heart beating, brain functioning and other involuntary stuff that your body is perpetually doing as long as you are alive.

Most people spend their day being inactive, so even eating healthy can have minimal effects.

That is why most people dread the E word – exercise takes up time, time which you would perhaps spend watching some television or cuddled up in bed or socializing (which means more eating and drinking).

So, okay you have your excuses ready – there is no gym in the neighborhood; the nearest gym is too far away; you can’t afford the extra bucks; it is just too much time and effort to go there; it is too boring. But the bottom line is exercise burns fat fast.

Perhaps the gym is not for you. Don’t go if that is not what you want to do.

However, you do need to engage in some type of physical activity on a regular basis.

Start with something simple like a walk. If you are a morning person, go in the morning; otherwise go in the evening or even after dinner.

Once you get in the routine of walking you can step it up to a jog. Do whatever is comfortable for you.

If you live in a high rise or work in a tower, walk up and down the stairs. Start stair climbing slowly, a few repetitions at a time, then gradually increase them.

If you do this a few times a day, you have got a good exercise habit in place. Stair climbing is a great aerobic.

It also helps keep the legs, knees and ankle joints limber. Start using the stairs at other places as well instead of taking an elevator. Regular physical activity will help you lose weight fast and keep you fit.

Simple isn’t it? Can you do it? Of course! So just do it.
